Decadent Protein Milkshake
I've tried many "protein milkshakes" that frankly taste like protein powder. When I want a milkshake, I want DESSERT. But I also need protein and low carbs. This recipe meets my basic needs but is still a ONCE AND A WHILE TREAT to meet a craving and still sneak protein in.
1 cup Lucerne Low Carb Butter Pecan Ice Cream
1 cup Silk Vanilla Cashew Milk
1 scoop Designer Unflavored Whey
Combine all ingredients and blend until nuts are broken up into small pieces. You can reduce the cashew milk for a thicker consistency but I actually like it thinned out, makes it easier to drink. I split one batch of this with my boyfriend so it makes two small servings.
