This is All Me

So this is the story of me. Well, one of many stories. I am a writer and thus a story-teller. My life is seen through the lens of stories and experiences and I hope this skill set will help me tell the story of how I became free from Poly-Cystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). No, we're not talking A CURE because there is none. But for many of us Cysters who live in mental, and sometimes physical, bondage, achieving internal freedom is the greatest step any of us can take toward a liberating life with PCOS.

This is the story of how I did it and how, with a little hard work and a whole lot of hope, you can too.
